These include: Term limits; Prohibition on PAC financial contributions; Prohibition on rollover of unused campaign funds from one election cycle to another; Curtailment of the franking privilege; Repeal of special exemptions from laws; And, reorganization of committee system and reduction of committee staffs. 2. Balanced Federal Budget: I strongly support measures to balance the federal budget.
