We need to replace the Federal Reserve with a National Banking system, beholden to the Constitution, so credit is issued ONLY for productive scientific, industrial, and cultural projects, such as full funding for NASA, and the North American Water and Power Alliance (NAWAPA XXI), a continental flood/drought management system to employ 5.5 million people in science, technology, engineering, and math. |
