Top Two Priorities 2008 Legislature 1. BALANCE the Budget State has 2.7B Deficit TAKE 8+ Million in Rainy day fund and apply to the Budget Look at Revenues and Spending FREEZE all Spending. In Essence Stop unneccesary Spending Look at Revenues and base appropriations for Transportation, etc. and Fund accordingly to thier Need. 2.
