Education is the great multiplier and allows individuals to reach their full potential. Liberty requires Responsibility. As the Senate Sponsor of the Rolling Reserve Act we have set up a Stabilization (Rainy Day) Account and Capital Fund Account to be funded with budget surpluses after Debt to ATF is repaid.
As Chairman of the Education Taxation and Finance Committee all three Budgets passed this quadrennium have been balanced without proration and 309 million dollars of debt has been repaid.
