Reason for Seeking Public Office:
Tim Keller grew up here in New Mexico, attending St. Pius X before graduating from Notre Dame and Harvard Business School. Tim is a proven leader and innovator -- as co-founder of an international non-profit that serves disadvantaged families and as a business economist who helps companies grow and improve.
In the Senate, Tim led reform efforts for the Public Regulation Commission and fixed the state's contracting preferences to create and protect local jobs. Throughout his career as a Senator, Tim has challenged the status quo with big ideas and better choices for New Mexico that get our state moving in the right direction.
As our next State Auditor, Tim will implement an Action Plan to attack fraud and waste, safeguard our tax
dollars and identify and confront corruption before it can impact state programs.
The Keller Action Plan:
Attack fraud, waste and abuse in state government
Create a Policy Evaluation Office to help deter corruption by increasing accountability in every state program
Stand up for New Mexico working families by helping state government make better decisions on education, health care and other programs
Advocate for you by helping cut through government red tape
