Title: Age Restrictions for the Purchase of Tobacco Products

Vote to pass a bill that raises the minimum age when an individual can purchase tobacco products from 18 to 19, and any person who is caught selling tobacco products to a person under the age of 19 will be subject to a fine of $250 for the first offense, $500 for the second offense and $1000 for every other offense after.
