Vote to pass a bill that allows sixteen- and seventeen-year-olds to pre-register to vote.

Highlights:
-Allows those who are seventeen years of age, who will be eighteen years of age by the next election, to register for that election (Sec. 1). -Allows those who are sixteen years of age or older, who will not be eighteen by the next election, to pre-register to vote and be automatically registered upon reaching eighteen years of age (Sec. 1). -Takes effect immediately upon passage (Sec. 2).
