Vote to pass a bill that prohibits individuals from obstructing entrance to or exit from any health care facility.
Highlights:
-Declares obstructing, detaining, hindering, impeding or blocking any person's entrance or exit from any health care facility to be a Class B misdemeanor (Sec. 1). -Declares coming within eight feet of any person without their consent for the purpose of protest, education or counseling when that person is trying to enter or exit a health care facility less than one hundred feet away to be a Class B misdemeanor (Sec. 1).
