Vote to pass a bill that regulates the sale of alcoholic beverages in Pennsylvania.
Highlights:
-Permits certain nonprofit organizations focused on the education and promotion of American history to be eligible for a special occasion permit (Sec. 1).
-Grants the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board permission to create and implement a customer relations marketing program to offer incentives, such as coupons or discounts on certain products, to board customers (Sec. 2).
-Allows for the hosting and promotion of wine and spirits tasting events in the State (Sec. 3).
-Mandates that no store shall be located within 300 feet of any elementary or secondary school, or within a dry municipality (Sec. 3.1).
-Prohibits liquor stores from having an interior connection or passageway with an establishment that allows customers to bring their own alcohol for consumption on the premises (Sec. 3.1).
-Establishes "Pennsylvania Liquor Stores," with select stores to operate on Sundays (Sec. 4).

Highlights:
