Title: Increase Required Age for Seatbelts

Vote to adopt a conference report that would amend the Texas Transportation Code to state that a driver would commit a misdemeanor if he or she allowed children under 17 years old to ride in a vehicle without wearing a seatbelt.

Highlights:
