Title: Religious Choice in Performing Marriage Ceremonies

Vote to pass a conference report that affirms the right of religious organizations to choose to not perform, honor, or aid in the marriage of a same-sex couple.
Highlights:
-Affirms that religious organizations, associations, and societies have jurisdiction over marriage within their faith (Sec. 61).
-Provides that religious organizations do not have to participate in the services, accommodations, advantages, celebration, or promotion of any form of marriage that is a violation of their faith's beliefs (Sec. 61).
