Vote to pass a bill that would require any person wishing to vote in a primary, special, or general election to provide proof of identity.
-Requires that voters provide identification in order to vote (Sec.1). -Provides a list of acceptable picture and non-picture forms of ID for a two year buffer period and accepted I.D. cards thereafter. (Sec.2). -Allows for those unable to provide ID to cast a provisional ballot, and provide ID at a later date (Sec.2).
