Vote to concur to House amendments on a bill that permits adults, 21 years old or older, who are adopted on or after October 1, 2006 to obtain a copy of their unaltered, original birth certificate without a judges order and allows parents putting a child up for adoption to have the option of filling out a form stating that they do not wish to be contacted by their child in the future.
