Title: Transit and Gas Tax Increase

Vote to pass a bill that amends current transportation laws to finance and enact various projects around the state.
Highlights:
-Issues lottery bonds not to exceed $100 million to finance transportation projects including the development of air, rail, public transit, highway, and marine transportation (Sec. 8, 9).
-Establishes the Urban Trail Fund to develop and maintain multiuse trails for non-motorized vehicles and pedestrians to provide links to roads, highways, footpaths, bicycle trails, and public transit (Sec. 31).
-Imposes various fees related to transportation, including raising title fees by $22 and vehicle registration fee by $16 (Sec. 42, 43).
-Increases the excise tax on gas from 24 to 30 cents per gallon to partially compensate the state for its use of highways (Sec. 49).
