Title: Smoking Ban

Vote to amend the Public Health Code to ban smoking in public places, including places of employment, restaurants, cafeterias, food courts, malls, and bars. The bill excludes places that specialize in tobacco retail such as cigar bars and stores, gambling areas of casinos, and home offices.
