Title: Part-Time Work Unemployment Benefits

Vote to pass a bill making part-time employees or those seeking part-time work eligible for jobless benefits such as job training programs.
Highlights:
-Mandates that even if a majority of an individual's work time includes part-time work, the individual will not be denied benefits due to being available only for part-time work, only seeking part-time work or refusing an offer of full-time work (Sec. 28).
-Defines part-time work during the individual's benefit year as work at least 16 hours but less than 40 hours a calendar week. (Sec. 28).
-Provides that this bill can only be enacted if HB 4785 is also enacted into law. (Sec. 28).
