-Makes confidential all records pertaining to the issuance, renewal, expiration, suspension, or revocation of a permit, or the result of any criminal history record check (Sec. 1). -Makes available to a law enforcement agency any information regarding an applicant or permit holder for the purpose of conducting an investigation or prosecution, or for determining the validity of a permit (Sec. 1). -Defines the act of publishing any of the information or records referred to in this bill by any person other than the applicant or permit holder as a Class A misdemeanor punishable by fine only (Sec. 1).
