Vote to pass a bill that increases allocations from the Highway Distribution Account to the state highway account and eliminates allocations to the state law enforcement agency.

Highlights:
-Notes that a legislative team will investigate ways of compensating the Idaho State Police and the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation for funding eliminated by this bill (Sec. 1). -Increases funds appropriated from the state’s Highway Distribution Account to the state highway account from 57 percent to 62 percent (Sec. 2). -Eliminates funds previously distributed from the Highway Distribution Account to the law enforcement account (Sec. 2). -Eliminates the requirement that a portion of the funds from gasoline taxes be distributed to certain accounts, including the park and recreation capital improvement account, and requires that they be allocated to the highway distribution account (Sec. 4).
