Vote to pass a bill that protects tenants in residential buildings and gives them a 90 day notice to find new housing in a foreclosed property.

Highlights:
-Claims that the occupant of a dwelling unit must be named as a defendant in the foreclosure action and served with a notice as required by the Real Property Action sand Proceedings Law before being evicted (Sec. 1). -Gives tenants a 90 day notice to find new housing in a foreclosed property in a residential building that contains less than six dwelling units (Sec. 1). -Requires that a notice be given to homeowners to inform them about the foreclosure process when they are in jeopardy of losing their homes (Sec. 7).
