Vote to pass a bill that requires a physician to tell a woman at least 18 hours prior to her having an abortion that the fetus may feel pain, that anesthetic cannot be provided to a fetus before the gestational age of 20 weeks, but can be provided after 20 weeks, insurance may or may not cover anesthetic for the fetus, adoptive alternatives are available, there are physical risks to the woman in having an abortion, and human life begins when a human ovum is fertilized by a human sperm.
