Vote to adopt an amendment that would permit slot machines at Minnesota's racetracks.

Highlights:

-Permits gambling machines and devices at racetracks (Art. 3, Sec. 10). -Requires the racetrack to give one percent of the adjusted gross gaming revenue to the city or town and county in which it is located (Art. 3, Sec. 10). -Revenue transmitted to the commissioner must be placed in the general fund, to be used for the payment of debt service on state appropriation bonds (Art. 5, Sec. 4).
