Title: Special Elections for Statewide Office Vacancies

Vote to replace the gubernatorial appointment process with special elections to fill vacancies for Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, Secretary of State, State Auditor, State Treasurer, and US Senator.
-Requires a special election for vacancies in the positions of Lieutenant Governor¸ Attorney General, Secretary of State, State Auditor, State Senator, and State Treasurer (Sec.A).
-Mandates that upon receiving notice of a vacancy in the above offices, the governor must issue a writ of election without delay (Sec.A).
-Places the administration of special elections under the Secretary of State (Sec.A).
