Title: Increased Regulation of Pet Breeders

Vote to pass a bill that creates the state-regulated Oklahoma Pet Quality Assurance and Protection Act, requiring a license that is renewed yearly from any person who sells, gives away, or transfers more than 35 dogs or cats a year.
Highlights:
-Creates the Oklahoma Pet Quality Assurance and Protection Act, to be administered by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry (Sec. 1).
