Title: Exempting Cigar Bars from the Smoking Ban

Vote to pass a bill that adds cigar bars to the list of places that are exempt from the statewide indoor smoking ban.

Highlights:
- Defines "cigar bar" as an establishment that (Sec. 2):
    - Holds a Class C liquor license; - Does not sell food; - Has a walk-in humidor on the premises; - Does not permit the smoking of cigarettes; and - Receives 10 percent or more of its annual gross revenue from the sale of cigars, other tobacco products, or other tobacco-related products, not including cigarettes.
- Prohibits counties and localities from prohibiting smoking in cigar bars (Sec. 5).
