Vote to pass a bill that increases fees for various traffic violations.

Highlights:
-Increases general moving violation fees from $20 to $30 (Sec. 1). -Increases fees from $50 to $75 for the following violations (Sec. 1):
    -failure to stop or yield for emergency or maintenance vehicles or permitting a driver of one's vehicle to engage in such failure; -failure to stop at certain railroad crossings; -overtaking and passing a stopped school bus; and -failure to yield to a pedestrian.
-Increases child restraint violation fees from $25 to $40 (Sec. 1) -Increases fees for violations related to excessive vehicle size and weight permit violations from $100 to $200 (Sec. 1) -Increases careless driving fees from $30 to $50 (Sec. 1). -Increases fees for safety belt violations from $20 to $30 (Sec. 1). -Increases fees for unauthorized exhibition driving from $50 to $75 and increases fees for racing or drag racing from $100 to $200 (Sec. 2). -Increases fees for failure to immediately notify local police when one is involved in an accident resulting in injury, death, or property damage to an apparent extent of at least $1,000 from $50 to $100 (Sec. 3).
