Title: Calorie Information Posting Requirement for Restaurants

Vote to pass a bill that requires all restaurants in West Virginia to post caloric information for every item on the menu.

Highlights:
-Requires the Governor’s Office of Health Enhancement and Lifestyle Planning to establish a Healthy Lifestyles Restaurant Calorie Posting Program, which requires all restaurants to provide caloric information at the point of purchase (Article 1E). -Requires restaurants to post the total number of calories in each item of the menu (Article 1E). -Includes drive-through windows, salad bars, buffet line, and cafeteria services (Article 1E).
