Vote to pass a bill that authorizes the appropriation of funds from the Pinnacol Assurance Fund to the General Fund, and requires the Board of Pinnacol Assurance to transmit $500 million from the Pinnacol Assurance Fund to the State Treasurer to be appropriated to the General Fund sometime between July 1, 2009 and September 1, 2009.

Highlights:
