Vote to adopt a conference report that appropriates a total of $250 million for the 2008-2009 fiscal year to cover the current year shortfall in funds and outline other health proposals.

Highlights:
-Appropriates $132 million from the General Fund on behalf of the Reserve for the State Health Plan for the 2009-2010 fiscal year and $276 million for the 2010-2011 fiscal year (Sec. 1). -Draws $6 million from the Highway fund on behalf of Reserve for the State Health Plan for the 2009-2010 fiscal year and $12.8 million for the 2010-2011 fiscal year (Sec. 1). -Eliminates the PPO Plus option under the State Health Plan for Teachers and State Employees.
