Title: Vehicle Sales Tax Modification
Vote to pass a bill that exempts the agreed-upon value of a titled watercraft, motor vehicle, trailer coach, or piece of heavy earth moving equipment that is used as part payment for a new vehicle or associated product of the same type (i.e. a watercraft used as part payment for a new watercraft or a trailer coach used as part payment for a new trailer coach) from the sales price for the purposes of sales taxation.
