Vote to pass a bill that prohibits the Governor from entering or allowing the federal government to bind the state to an international trade agreement without legislation from the general assembly that authorizes him/her to do so. This bill also nullifies any international trade agreement that had bound Colorado prior to the enactment of this legislation.
