Title: Ban on Sexual Orientation Discrimination

Vote to pass a bill that adds sexual orientation to the list of characteristics for which a person is prohibited from being discriminated against in matters related to employment, provision of public accommodations, labor organizations, and sale or rental of housing.

Highlights:
-Exempts religious institutions and non-profit organizations from the prohibition on discriminating based on sexual orientation if complying with the prohibition would violate a stated tenet of the institution or organization. -Prohibits discrimination in the sale or rental of housing or provision of brokerage services based on age.
