Vote to pass a bill that increases the age at which "juvenile disorderly" students may no longer be required to attend ungraded school from age 16 to age 18.

Highlights:
-Specifies that this change in the age requirement only applies to children who turn 14 on or after December 1, 2007 or who are age 14 before that date and enter 9th grade in 2008 or later (Sec. 1596).
