Vote to pass a resolution that states that acts by the United States Congress, the President, or the federal Judiciary that are deemed to be in violation of the Constitution of the United States shall constitute a nullification of the Constitution of the United States and shall cause all of the federal government's constitutional powers to revert to the states individually.
