Vote to pass a bill that authorizes individuals that are under the age of 26, unable to be included in their family's insurance plan, and at or below 400 percent of federal poverty level to purchase health insurance from the Healthy Kids Corporation beginning 60 days after the enactment of the bill, whereas existing law only covers individuals under the age of 18.
