-Specifies that a document containing a photograph of the voter that was issued by the state, the federal government, a county, a municipality, or a federally recognized Indian tribe may be used to show proof of identity (Sec. 3). -Allows individuals who cannot produce an accepted document to prove identity to vote after signing a statement under oath swearing or affirming that he or she is the person identified on the precinct registry (Sec. 3). -Specifies that false swearing or affirming shall be punishable as a felony (Sec. 3).
