Title: Prohibiting Smoking in Cars with Children
Vote to pass a bill that prohibits adults from smoking in motor vehicles while children up to 12 years of age are present, regardless of whether or not the windows are down.
- - $100 fine for the first violation;
- $200 fine for the second violation within a period of one year; and
- $300 fine for the third and subsequent violation within a period of one year.
