Title: Statewide Indoor Smoking Ban

Highlights:

-Exempts the following places from the smoking ban (Sec. 1):

    -Private residences not used as licensed child care, adult day care, or health care facilities; -Family owned businesses in which the enclosed areas are not open to the public; -Businesses owned by a self-employed individual at which all employees are related to that individual and the enclosed areas are not open to the public; -Hotel/motel rooms; -Retail tobacco stores or tobacco bars; -A vehicle used for work purposes if only one employee occupies the vehicle; and -Licensed premises that hold a beer, liquor, or wine permit and do not employ or permit entry to persons under the age of 18.
