Highlights:

- Excludes the following from the sales tax exemption (Sec. 1):

- Belt buckles sold separately; - Clothing accessories or equipment; - Costume masks sold separately; - Fur clothing; - Patches and emblems sold separately; - Protective equipment, or items designed as protection against injury or disease; - Sewing equipments and supplies, including knitting needles, patterns, pins, scissors, sewing machines, sewing needles, tapes measures, and thimbles; - Sewing materials that become part of clothing, including buttons, fabric, lace, thread, yarn, and zippers; and - Sports and recreational equipment.
