Vote to pass a bill that eliminates the existing threshold of $2,000 per month in which rent control is no longer applicable for rental property that is vacated, and establishes a new threshold of $5,000 for property located within New York City, and $3,500 for property located outside of the city, within the counties of Westchester, Nassau, and Rockland.
