Title: Math and Science Academy

Vote to pass a bill that creates the Kansas Academy of Mathematics and Science for 40 high school juniors and seniors advanced in math and science, unless the Board of Regents increases the number of students. The bill specifies that the student will not be charged for tuition, fees or books. Students will be required to pay room and board if it is a residential program, unless financial need is demonstrated.
