Vote to pass a bill that requires manufacturers of polystyrene loosefill packaging to gradually increase the amount of recycled material used in the production of such product.

Highlights:
- Requires that polystyrene loosefill packaging be comprised of at least 60 percent recycled material beginning January 1, 2012, 80 percent beginning January 1, 2014, and 100 percent beginning January 1, 2017 [sec. 1 (c)]. - Establishes a fine of no more than $1,000 for each violation [sec. 1 (d)].
