Vote to adopt an amendment calling on the U.S. and Mexican governments to take steps to strengthen their drug trafficking prevention efforts.

  • Expresses the sense of Congress that efforts to combat the flow of narcotics from Mexico into the U.S. have been ineffective and insufficient.
