Title: Budget Deficit Amendment
Vote to table an amendment that prohibits the Senate from considering any budget resolution that would cause a unified budget deficit in the FY 2002 and later.
- Does not apply if a declaration of war is in effect.
- Permits rule to be waived by an affirmative vote of 3/5 of the Senate.
