Vote to adopt an amendment that would strike language about ratifying the national popular vote compact and would instead split the state's presidential electors by Congressional district, such that presidential electors would be awarded to the winners of popular vote in each Congressional district, with the two remaining presidential electors being awarded to the winner of the state-wide popular vote.
