Title: Student's Religious Liberties Act
Highlights:
-Mandates that if a school assignment requires a student's viewpoint to be expressed, then a work that expresses a religious viewpoint must be evaluated by ordinary academic standards without any extraordinary penalty or reward (Sec. 1).
-Allows students in public schools to engage in religious activities and expressions before, during, and after the school day to the same extent that students are allowed to engage in nonreligious activities or expressions (Sec. 1).
