Title: Student's Religious Liberties Act

Highlights:
-Mandates that if a school assignment requires a student's viewpoint to be expressed, then a work that expresses a religious viewpoint must be evaluated by ordinary academic standards without any extraordinary penalty or reward (Sec. 1). -Allows students in public schools to engage in religious activities and expressions before, during, and after the school day to the same extent that students are allowed to engage in nonreligious activities or expressions (Sec. 1). -Allows students in public schools to wear clothing, accessories, and jewelry that display religious messages or symbols to the same extent that other types of clothing, accessories, and jewelry that display messages are permitted (Sec. 1).
