Vote to adopt an amendment to prohibit Pennsylvania from participating in the Federal Real ID Act of 2005 or any other related law that would compromise an individual's biometric data or economic privacy.

Highlights:
- Defines biometric data as information related to unique biological characteristics of people including their voices, fingerprints, facial patterns, retinal scans, keystroke and handwriting dynamics, DNA, and RNA (Sec. 2). - Defines economic privacy as the right, privilege, and reasonable expectation for certain information to be held confidential, as required by law, including tax returns and financial transactions (Sec. 2).
