Highlights:
- Allocates $120 million for the Massachusetts Life Sciences Opportunity Relocation and Expansion Jobs Capital Program Fund (Sec. 2). - Allocates $95 million for a life sciences laboratory research center complex at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (Sec. 2). - Allocates $90 million for Albert Sherman Center at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester.
