Title: Anonymity of Ethics Board Complaints
Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that mandates that, within ten days after the Board of Ethics conducts a vote regarding an ethics complaint or after the board receives a signed sworn complaint, a certified copy of the vote, a detailed explanation of the complaint, and a copy of any complaint received by the board including the name of the complainant and any other person providing information that the board has considered shall be sent by certified mail to the accused and the complainant.
