-Prohibits written communications sent by pharmacies from describing or mentioning pharmaceutical products other than the one(s) prescribed (Sec. 1). -Requires pharmacies to disclose payments received from manufacturers, distributors, or providers of health care products or services for sending written communications to patients (Sec. 1). -Allows patients the opportunity to opt out of receiving written communications at the time of prescription pick up, by toll free number, or by Internet web site (Sec. 1).
